Break off yarn and join in next color. 2nd row Ch 3 to count as first dc, skip first dc, 1 dc in each dc to end, ending with 1 dc in 3rd of ch-3. Turn. Break off yarn and join in next color. Rep 2nd row once more. Fastion off. Picot edging Using any color, join yarn to any st on last round of purse, * ch 3, 1 dc in first ch, skip 1 sc, 1 sc in next st, rep from * to end all around purse.
